Sift flour mix and keep it aside.
Into another bowl put butter and beat until it gets light in colour.
Add powdered sugar into it and beat.
Put an egg into this mixture and beat for few minutes.
Add vanilla and flour mix into this and beat in low speed.
Add milk and fold the mixture using a spatula.
Put the mixture into cup cake molds (approximately 90g per each cup).
Bake cup cakes in the 180C preheated oven for 40 minutes.
By using a stick check whether the cup cakes baked perfectly.
Put whipping cream powder and cool water into a bowl.
Beat it using a electric mixture in low speed until it whipped.
Add vanilla and mix.
Decorate your cup cake with whipping cream.
